ABOUT OUR THEME:
"One Circle: from Separation to Wholeness"
After a hiatus of several years, we have rethought this important gathering and want to offer newcomers and seasoned constellators the opportunity to form a stronger North American Constellators community, at this critical time in history.
Come to grow and / or share professionally, and grow, learn, and heal as a collective - all in one conference.
Our conference begins on Sunday evening, March 8th. We will have an Opening Ceremony and a Welcoming to our NASC Conference and community, a welcoming to this land in North Carolina, and we acknowledge the lands we all come from currently.
We gather to celebrate and honor the land that holds and supports us, recognizing that each of us carries unique strengths and opportunities for growth. Together, we acknowledge our separateness and our diversity, our strengths and our wholeness both as one and as many. Here we are creating sacred space for empowerment, healing, and collective belonging. Everyone belongs; everyone is valued!

Day 1
Begins with acknowledging and Honoring the Lands and Our Roots, both personally and professionally. The lands that our ancestors all came from, and our familial roots, including any trauma from those who had to be uprooted and those who were left behind. This also includes honoring the roots of constellation work, through the many years Bert Hellinger lived and worked on the African continent, so that we can be more deeply rooted in what we do.
Day 2
Would move to the Collective Trauma of Separation and its more global and collective impact on society and the nations as we experience it today. It will also include what separates us professionally, as a Constellations community. Where are our roots being held and honored? Where are the splits? What is in the way of our growth, personally, as a society, and as a professional community?

Day 3
Moves into the Somatic Exploration and Integration of how trauma of separation affects each of us. How do we carry this trauma, how does it manifest in our lives, and how do we release it. Do we hold it as illnesses or symptoms of dis-ease? Does it manifest as behavior patterns, or beliefs that we inherited or acquired? What is the effect on us individually and collectively as a society, and as a professional collective? How can we use our professional knowledge to experience healing, in our collective and sacred.
Day 4
Includes Bringing the Individual and Collective Energies Forward into the world. How can we honor our differences, and yet come together as a unified and collective community? What role do we play, both for our own families and for our more global society? Can we let go of what no longer serves us, to move forward with love and loyalty to our ancestors, without betraying them or our current loyalties? And can we move forward as a North American Systemic Constellations Community into more wholeness and unity?
Each afternoon, on Days 1, 2, and 3 will continue into breakout sessions so we can further explore the morning theme and go deeper into the field to resolve what separates us.
In the spirit of our theme, One Circle: From Separation to Wholeness, the afternoons of the conference will offer a rich variety of breakout sessions designed to support deeper exploration and healing around the ways we’ve experienced separation—within ourselves, our communities, and our systems. Each breakout room offers a unique opportunity to engage in the work of reconciliation, repair, and reconnection.
In the evenings, the circle remains open—literally. We’ll host Open Rooms, where attendees can continue the day’s work, gather informally for practice, peer-facilitation, spontaneous constellations, or simply to connect and unwind with others in a shared space, offering time for integration, community-led sessions, and the emergence of collective wisdom.
The Conference completes after a closing ceremony on Thursday, March 12th then lunch. This is a powerful culmination of our shared journey. This final gathering is more than a ritual—it is a moment of completion, a sacred invitation to embody the wholeness we've been moving toward together.
Stay to complete the circle—because your presence matters, and wholeness is not whole without you.
